Pricing & Availability

Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. If an unavoidable pricing or availability issue affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment.

Payments

We may offer Cash on Delivery and online payment through PayFast. Online payments are subject to the payment provider's processing and security procedures. An online order is considered paid only after the payment status has been successfully verified.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange except where a verified wrong, damaged, or defective order is covered by that policy.
