Because perfumes are personal-use products, AKS Fragrances follows a strict hygiene policy. Please review the product and packaging at delivery before opening or using it.
Opened or Used Perfumes
Opened, sprayed, tested, or otherwise used perfumes are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This restriction applies because a used fragrance cannot be resold as a new personal-care product.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Order
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged package, or a verified product defect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. We will review the case and, where the issue is verified, may arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened Orders
Any cancellation or return request for an unopened product must be made before the order is dispatched or promptly after delivery. Approval is subject to our review and the product remaining sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the order and the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may apply to online payments.
